What are cookies?

Cookie categories
Necessary
Required for the site and Service to work — for example signing in, security, load balancing, and remembering essential preferences. These cannot be switched off in our controls because the product would break without them.
Analytics
Help us understand how pages and features are used (aggregated traffic, errors, performance) so we can improve HomePTKit. Used only if you allow analytics cookies.
Marketing
Used to measure campaigns or remember that you came from a particular link. Used only if you allow marketing cookies. We do not sell your personal data.
Manage preferences
When you first visit, you can accept all non-essential cookies, reject them, or manage categories. You can change your mind anytime via Manage cookie preferences in the site footer (or the cookie banner).
You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking necessary cookies may prevent sign-in or payments from working.
Related processors
Payment flows may set cookies belonging to Stripe when you complete Connect onboarding or checkout. See Stripe’s own cookie and privacy notices for details. Analytics or marketing tools, if enabled, will be listed in the preference centre once configured.
