When you join a trainer on HomePTKit you contract with that trainer for coaching content and with HomePTKit for the software platform.
Payments are processed by Stripe. The trainer receives the charge minus HomePTKit's 7.5% application fee and Stripe's processing fee. Digital content may be delivered immediately after payment.
Memberships renew monthly until cancelled. Challenge one-offs are single purchases. Refunds are handled as described on the Refunds page and by the trainer's own policy where stricter.
You must be 18 or over. You confirm you are medically fit to follow the programmes, and you will stop and seek professional care if you feel unwell.
